At Fine Art Central, we take pride in the quality of our artwork and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your artwork, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us:
    • Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Service team at team@fineartcentral.co.uk or 01543 523 909 within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorisation:
    • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Packaging Your Return:
    • Carefully repack the artwork in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, please use suitable protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Shipping Your Return:
    • Once your return is authorised, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please retain the shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Exchanges:
    • If you prefer an exchange, please let us know the item you'd like to receive in place of the returned artwork. We will ship the new item to you once the return is processed.
  • Store Credit:
    • If you opt for store credit, we will issue it once your return is confirmed, and it will be available for use on your next purchase.

Conditions for Returns

  • Artwork must be returned in its original condition.
  • Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Fine Art Central is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrives damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the damaged item and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as per your preference
